Hey, it's been alittle while since I have written so I thought I should update those of you who read. I has two large assignments due on Tuesday, I had been very stressed out for awhile, while working on them , so it was a great relief to hand them in. I know I did well on one, I had some help figuring some stuff out from a guy in my Classical theory class. The other I'm not to sure, but I know the proff likes me, so maybe that'll help. Sam and I wen to Boston Pizza for dinner Tuesday (date night). We've decided that one week, the week I pay we'll go to a movie, and the next, when he pays, we'll go out to dinner. That if fine with me cause paying for a movie date on cheap night is cheaper than dinner out. The puppy has been up here for almost a whole week, mom told me that Richard is missing her, I think that mom is too. I'm going to work on my webpage for Historicalk Reactions tonight, and catch up on some reading. Sam works at 5pm so I'll spend some time with him first and then do school work. I have my adult courts class next, she is handing back some case comments that we have done. I don't think I did that great on the one she is going to hand back. Although they are only worth 5% or something, so if you get 4/5, which in theory isn't bad, it's only an 80%, then if you get 3/5, it's a 60%, that is a difference of an A- to a C+. Grr!!!Oh well our class mark is 10% and that's kinda like free marks, we'll for people who go to class, which I do. The girl who sits beside me in this class, had a problem getting my notes from her, she missed like a week and a half of classes, and didn't hand in the research assignment ( I thought she had dropped the class) asked me for my notes today!! I told her to download them off the class website. She is going to fail that class definately! She never comes, doesn't do the work, or assignments, oh well. Anyway I'm going to go get a tea before classs......write later ....:)

I had my midterm , and it was much easier than I had anticipated. Myself and the other girl at my table were the first two to finish. The puppy arrived shortly after I got home. Mom and debbie brought her up, stayed for a bit and then had to leave to get home for dinner. The puppy has been great company. Sam and I went out last night, we went down to Sweetwaters and the Rodeo at around 12:30am. It was ladies night so I didn't have to pay cover. Mark, Sam's friend from work who invited us to go, didn't even hang out with us. We all took a cab down and that was pretty much it. It was alright though, cause then I got Sam to myself, so we went and danced. It was nice. He bought me a couple of beer too. :)
I also had a blow job, which I had forgotten was a very nice little shot. I love whipped cream!! Today Sam and I hung out alittle while, and he left early to go to work, hoping to start early. He worked 51 hours this week, but still wants more.He likes the over time though. I didn't do to much today, Jackie and I went for tea, which was nice. I watched some T.V, baked some more cookies, and started working on a case comment for my adults courts class. The case is called R v. Born with a tooth, but has absolutely nothing to do with teeth and body being born with or without them. It's about an appeal about jury selection. I have no idea what the name is all about, if anybody knows, let me know.Sam went out again tonight with just "the guys" from work. I hope he doesn't come home to late, he usually works pretty early on Sundays. Anyway, I'm going to go finish working on that case.....write later...:)

I finally got my notes back on Tuesday from that girl, but then she borrowed my other notes, I thought she was just going to get them photcopied right away, nope. Just left and didn't return them today either. I'm going to tell her to get them online from nowe on. My proff posts them online, you have to download them though. And I go to class, I deserve my own freaking notes!! She hardly comes. I wonder if she just dropped it because it's a difficult course. Today was the last day to drop classes without academic penalty. If she did, she's in another one of my classes, which she hardly comes....and hopefully I'll get them from her in that class. I have a midterm tomorrow. My proff gave us 20 questions to study for the midterm, she said if we knew the answers to those questions, we'd be prepared for the midterm. The questions are SO random!! The text is screwy in it's layout and the way the author tries to explain things is stupid. Then in class, she just lectures, not notes themselves, just lecturing, and she jumps from subject to subject, and then draws screwy diagrams on the board. She is wacked, I took her over her husband, cause he is also a stupid proff. (you may have heard me rant about him last year) They are the only two sociology proffs teaching some of the required courses for a sociology major. So I'm stuck with either Beavis or Butthead, not a very easy decision. Blah. I also have been having trouble with a research assignment for adult courts. The peace officer is charged with bribe, she wants bail, how do you get it? well you can't! Because it is also a section 469, which is indictable! stupid wench, give us a question like that, not explain how to do it, and tell us that we'll do better on the second research assignment because we can see the mistakes we made on the first one!! She's horrible! I emailed her with a plea for any type of direction she can give me. Seriously.....how do these people get Phd's? Really are they handing them out these days or something? Anyway I have lots to work on, but I'm not going to do it right now, nope not even going to attempt it......I think I'll bake cookies instead......not from scratch, but we bought a nice package thing the other day that will do just fine.

Hey I can't get my Adult Courts notes back from the girl who sits beside me. She doesn't check her emails and hasn't wrote back to me about giving them back. She is in both of my classes Tuesdays and Thursdays. I seen her yesterday in the first class, she was sick so she didn't stay long and I asked her about the notes. She told me that she still hadn't gotten them photocopied, but she would do it after class. I figured that meant that she would give them to me in the second class. But she didn't even show up! And now I'm going to work on the research assignment with some other girls who sit around me, we are all going to take stab at tthe assignment this weekend and then meet on Monday to discuss our answers. However I can't get my notes back about Judicial interim release, which is a big part of the question. Blah...I'm going to stop lending my notes, I'll give people the option to go photocopy them right after or before class, but i'm not letting them leave my possession. And she wants to work "together" on the assignment, but she doesn't even do her work., I'm not going to do the assignment by myself and let her copy from me, no way, I'm just going to tell her that I'm doing it on my own and she can do hers on her own. For my Classical Sociological Theory class we have a midterm next Friday, so I hope she brought the review/study guide to class. This proff is so random, my notes are kind of a jumble of diagrams and unfinished sentences, she startss a thought, doesn't finish it and then movers onto a different idea altogether. It's not just me either, my whole class is confused by her. One good thing that happened though, I got an A- on the proposal that I was really worried about a little while ago. My proff seems really laid back about class and the way that he marks. The proposal was worth 10% of our final grade and the webpage is worth 40%, the actual exam is only worth 25%, and then the other 25% is just in class assignments and attendance. I don't think I'm going to have a hard time with his class. Which is a relief because my law and charter class and adult courts class are really hard. Tonight I'm going out with Jackie, Julia, and Jandra. Jackie and I went to the L.C yesterday and bought some cosmopolitans and some twiste shooters. We are going to drink at my place before and meet up with the other two later on. It should be fun. Friday nights are ladies night at most of the bars and clubs, so we're not stuck at one spot. I'm going home and going to take a nap. I didn't sleep well at all alst night. Sam stayed up to watch wrestling and I don't sleep that well with out him to begin with and then my mind was just racing with completly random ideas. It was not a good night, and then I wokr up around 7am and couldn't really get back to sleep, so I just laid there for 2 hours. Yes, I think a nap will do me quite nicely. I called Jody yesterday and asked him about my job, not that I want to work much this weekend, b/c i have alot of work to do, but I was curious to know when I'll be starting. He said that he hadn't been avoiding me or anything, but 2 people had just quit, unexpectedly and he had taken on their work on top of his own. Which is a valid reason for not calling me, but it's not that hard to call Zellers and ask them if the daily gleaner can put up a kiosk there, I'm almost tempted to aske them myself, but I don't know if I'm allowed or if the gleaner sets up a deal with the stores, so i don't want to push my luck,. Well...this has been a large enough blog for me, I think that I'll go eat my lunch and get some reading done......write later...:)

Hey, I'm at school right now, waiting for my Charter class to start in about an hour. Nothing much new going on. We had dinner at Debbie's house on Sunday, it was really nice. Dinner was awesome...*snaps* for debbie. There were so many people who came , there must have been 10-15 people there. I went out with Tasha and Tasha on Saturday. I had alot of fun. We drank at Tasha Robichauds house for awhile, and then went out to a club.It was nice seeing mom, rich and the puppy, but I missed Sam. I brought him home some turkey dinner. Which he enjoyed quite a bit. Last night Sam and I went to see the movie Just like Heaven. We both really liked it. He only has one day off this week. He only worked 2 hours yesterday, but they gave him Saturday off for some reason. They never give him Saturdays off. Weird. Anyway I'm going to go do some reading before class....write later...:)

I'm feeling much better about things recently. I still have a cold of some sort, but other than that I'm feeling pretty good. I handed that proposal in Monday, I have no idea how well I did, but he wouldn't explain to anyone how to do it, so I'm probably no the only one who had trouble. I've finished my library research assignment for my adult courts class. That wasn't due until Friday, but I completed it early. :) I have another one due Monday for my Law and the charter class, but I';m going to go do that tomorrow, so that I can have the weekend off. I'm going to go to SJ Saturday and Mom and Debbie are having turkey dinner at one of their homes, still haven't decided whos', on Sunday or Monday. I think I'm going to invite Tasha to go drinking, b/c every time I talk to her on Saturday she says that she wishes I was in SJ, so we could drink together. I think it will be a nice break from school. Melissa is going to SJ for the weekend too. It will be nice to see her. Anyway I'm going to go get a tea and get some reading done for tomorrow.
