This morning, not looking forward to walking to work, I called a cab at 8am, thinking it would take about 15min for it to get here. Nope, it arrived about 5min later. Not thinking, I jumped in, to avoid the cold. I got there at about 8:07am, no one was there!! So, I stood outside (in the cold) waiting for someone to arrive for about 20mins. A HUGE bust in my plans to avoid the cold, that costed me $4.50. Shane, the old guy who tips me, gave me $5, so that paid for my cab in a way. They didn't have the evening buffet, so I got to come home early. I had gotten myself all bundled up for my walk, but then Dave offered to drive me. So I got a drive in a nice warm truck instead. I guess Wayne called me this morning, Sam answered. I gave them a call when I got home, Sam had written down their number. Neither Wayne nor Jeananne were home, but I talked to Deanna for a little while. She wished me a happy birthday. I guess she's not at UNB anymore. She didn't really like it, and they didn't have the law program she was looking for. She's working at the Sholtens in Grand Bay. I'm going to call back at about 7pm or 8pm. They should be home by then. Since he actually took the time to call. I guess he tried last night a couple of times, but we were out, and our caller id sucks, so I never check to see who called. I'm really hoping classes will be cancelled tomorrow. I really don't feel like walking in this, and it would be nice to have a day off, I could get some stuff done for my classes. Anyway I'm gonna go work on some stuff now, write later.....
