I took the bus downtown to go to work this afternoon, walked in, looked around and the place was completely EMPTY. I turned around and seen a woman sitting in one of the offices and asked her where everyone was. Turns out that the dialer had crashed and Connect North America had lost their internet access. They had sent everyone home at 1pm, and she was calling night staff to tell them that they didn't need to come to work at 5pm (I had gotten there shortly after 4pm). I left and walked over to Kings place and got back on the bus! I'll just go in tomorrow and Saturday and then I get Sunday off again.Woohoo!! :) I mean, I could have used the extra hours, but I can't do anything about them not being open, so I can feel guilt free! If Sam gets home in time, we can go see a movie tonight. I've heard good things about Transformers and Fantastic Four. He said he was leaving Saint John at 4ish, so he should be home soon. :)
